sure your wedding dreams become a reality. Our Wedding Week
Package allows you to have piece of mind on your wedding day without
spending a fortune! Wedding Week Package Includes:

Initial meeting to review all services contracted by the bride/groom
Unlimited phone calls and e-mails to and from bride/groom
Contact all wedding vendors to confirm commitments and double-
check details, decisions, and services already contracted
Provide a timeline to each wedding vendor
Attend and direct the rehearsal
Develop a wedding day schedule
Arrive at ceremony site one hour prior to ceremony start time to
place programs, assist with flower distribution, remind everyone of
their roles, assist the ushers with seating of the guests and also
ceremony processional
Provide a wedding day emergency kit for the bride and wedding
party
Coordinate all details and timing with the photographer and
videographer
Arrive at reception site prior to guests to check on details and décor
Oversee reception formalities: bridal party entrance, first dance,
cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss (up to four hours)
Distribute final payments on behalf of the bride/groom
Keep things running on schedule
